Orders
How do I know my order was confirmed?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at aureliormaison@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order has been prepared for shipment.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Aurelior Maison ships worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount have a shipping fee, calculated and displayed at checkout.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free automatically once your order subtotal reaches $75 — no code is required.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times, once your order has shipped, are:
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe: 7–12 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

Are returns free?
Yes. For eligible returns made within 30 days of delivery, Aurelior Maison covers the cost of return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

How do I choose the right size?
Frame fit comes down to a few key measurements — lens width, bridge width, temple length, and overall frame width. Visit our Size Guide for a full explanation of each.
Where can I find frame measurements?
Individual measurements are listed on each product's details page where available. If you already own a pair that fits well, the measurements printed inside the temple arm are a useful reference point.
What does UV400 mean?
UV400 refers to lenses that block essentially all UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometers. Where a specific style includes UV400 protection, it will be noted on that product's page.
